jus got lyrik for my winamp..
does it have time syncing with the audio?
if not, wouldn't be a good addition?

Yes, Lyrik has a audio sync, but only if the 'lyric' has been edited by someone...
You can easily edit by menu->lyrik->edit (v 1.1) or menu->edit (older versions). Just 'follow' the song and submit it clicking at 'Internet' button ;)
